The experiment
MOBL is a real-time systems puzzle played on a 30×30 field. Red, green, and blue balls move independently, cooling the cells beneath them. Your goal is to capture all 900 cells without allowing any color population to disappear.
Instead of steering a ball or clicking the field, you choose which colors a global law affects. Collisions can destroy balls, repaint them, stop them, or breed new ones. Progress comes from understanding the consequences and creating the conditions the field needs.

The law applies automatically when its conditions occur. Every intervention changes the populations and the future of the field.
Cool and secure every cell while keeping all three colored populations alive. The white ball is always working against stability.
History and credits
The original MOBL was created by K-D Lab in 1998 from a game concept by Andrey “KranK” Kuzmin. It received the Grand Prix at the 1998 ENIX Game Software Contest for its original game idea.
This experimental prototype recreates the later 1999 Workshop Of Success implementation. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by K-D Lab.
