Optional analytics

Flames Cool Games uses Google Analytics 4 only after you select Allow analytics. Before that choice, the site does not load Google Analytics or send requests to Google.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records visits and standard interaction data made available by its enhanced-measurement features. This may include page views, scrolls, outbound-link clicks, referring pages, and general browser or device information. Google may also derive approximate location from a network address during processing.

When you follow a link that starts a game, the site sends a game_launch event with the game’s identifier and the position of that link on the page. When an embedded game document loads, the play wrapper sends a game_iframe_loaded event. A participating production game sends its normal page view and a game_ready event after its engine starts successfully. These events may include the game identifier, release identity, and whether the game was opened directly or embedded. They do not include a name, email address, account identifier, nickname, game input, progress, score, or anything typed into the site or game.

These statistics help us understand which pages and games are useful and where navigation can be improved. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled.

Production games

After you allow analytics, participating games on games.flames.cool use the same Google Analytics property as this site. This allows one visit to be understood across the studio and game subdomains while keeping their hostnames visible in reports. The tag runs only on the exact production host; beta, preview, local, and technical deployment hosts do not send analytics. Analytics does not inspect gameplay inside the games. Tetcolor runs on tetcolor.net, which is a separate website with its own data practices.

Your choice

Your analytics choice, its time, and the version of the consent notice are stored only in your browser. The site keeps an origin-local record and a Secure, SameSite cookie scoped to flames.cool so production game subdomains can honor the same choice. The choice remains there until you change it, clear this site’s browser data, or the analytics terms materially change. If the stored notice version is no longer current, the site asks again before loading Google Analytics. A direct game visit without a current granted choice runs without analytics and without an additional consent prompt.

Use Analytics settings in the footer at any time to allow or decline analytics. Declining after previously allowing analytics reloads the current page so that the Google tag is no longer present.

External Steam content

Robot Wants game pages include a direct link to the official Robot Wants It All Steam page. The embedded Steam widget is not loaded automatically. If you select Load Steam widget, your browser connects to store.steampowered.com; Steam may receive standard request information such as your network address and referring page and may set its own cookies. This one-time action is separate from the site’s analytics choice and is not remembered by Flames Cool Games.
